On Thursday 4th June, we will be holding our sports day for pupils in Year 4, 5 and 6. 

The event will be held at Ladywell Arena from 10:30am - 2:00pm. Pupils will be taking part in a variety of fun sports activities, including running races, shot put, long jump and javelin. Pupils should come to school as normal, and they will get the bus to Ladywell Arena. Please indicate on the form if you are able to accompany us on the journey to Ladywell Arena.

We are delighted to be able to welcome parents and carers to attend and watch the activities from a designated viewing area. We simply ask that you remain with your child’s group throughout the duration of the day, and please don’t upload any photos or videos which you have taken to social media.

Children will have their lunch at Ladywell Fields, so please ensure that they are equipped with a packed lunch. Please indicate if you require a school packed lunch.

All children will need to wear their normal PE kit, trainers, a sun hat and bring a water bottle with them. Please ensure that you have applied suncream to your child before school.

Please complete permissions by Friday 22nd May. Please note that only adults with full parental responsibility can give permission and sign this form for the child.
