lee manor and brindishe schools

We are very pleased to announce that Lee Manor School will now join the Brindishe Schools partnership for the next three years.

We are very pleased to announce that Lee Manor School will now join the Brindishe Schools¹ partnership for the next three years. It is ideally situated to do so as its location is midway between Brindishe Lee and Brindishe Green and each our three schools serves a very shared local community. We already have many connections and contacts with each other and it makes so much sense to join our resources and share our strengths to benefit all of our children and families.

At the request of Lee Manor¹s governing body, from September 2011 Vicki Paterson will become executive headteacher and Lee Manor will have its own associate (or day-to-day) headteacher. Brindishe schools have benefited enormously from working together as a school community and sharing experience and expertise. Lee Manor School has identified some key areas for development and welcomes the opportunity to work with the Brindishe Schools to take these forward.

We will now press on to recruit an associate headteacher for Lee Manor School. The successful person will have day-to-day leadership of and responsibility for all aspects of the day to day running of the school. Lee Manor will keep its own governing body and individual character. Each school will keep their own staff, budgets and of course children!

We all see this as a very positive step for all of our children and look forward to building a really positive and successful partnership together.
